Sure enough I tried to access the Trust Center under Excel-2007 and was summarily dispatched away from the menu that included Trust Center. I messed up the install of the new beta and it pissed me off that I couldn't uninstall it to fix it. You can now uninstall the latest release of IE7 without too much difficulty.
