And it still wont work. bye bye IE. I was not sure before I uninstalled IE9 Beta but my suspicion was right, McAfee works fine now. If you have created a system restore point prior to installing a program, then you can use System Restore to restore your system and completely eradicate the unwanted programs like Internet

Sure enough I tried to access the Trust Center under Excel-2007 and was summarily dispatched away from the menu that included Trust Center. I messed up the install of the new beta and it pissed me off that I couldn't uninstall it to fix it. You can now uninstall the latest release of IE7 without too much difficulty. If that doesn't work, follow the instructions at this URL to remove IE7 via recovery console: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;917964 Some software (for example ccleaner) deletes uninstaller directories such as those described above.
