Mouse Won't Work So I Can't Log In
Windows 10 Login Screen Keyboard Not Working
I powered system down, disconnect mouse/key receiver, powered up, connect receiver and voilá! I have just upgraded from build 9926 to build 10041 and now I have s major problem with the login screen. Called ISP and all was well on his end. What could cause these problems?
I find it hard to believe that the battery is dead. Second thing you could do if you need the unit working sooner is to use a USB keyboard and mouse plugged into the USB ports. And Roodo, I just tried that. Login To Mac Without Keyboard Also the battery never charged and is fubar.

This is a Dell box and when in safe mode I can run Dell's diagnostics, with the mouse and keyboard!
