  • Is there a way to keep the minidump after the computer bsod's?
  • They had me run a bunch of gpu stress tests, all of which provided no clue (they were clean) as to what could be wrong.
  • I did this by going to msconfig, boot tab, advanced options, check "number of processors" and set it to 6.
  • If your computer is still crashing, then your minidumps are what I need.
  • Help? 22 Jun 2009 #1 LaurLove Windows 7 RC (Build 7100) 4 posts SOLVED: BSOD, not so random.
  • System very unstable.
  • Without warning, everything will lock up (sometimes this is accompanied by a terrible sound emitted from the speakers - presumably looping audio from the video i was watching).
  • First when the power came on my windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, was stuck on windows logo.
  • So I'm not sure how to get you that info, but I have Sysnative report attached.
  • system: Win 10 home 64bit (reinstalled some time ago, did help while, but not so sure how clean install that was) asus Z-97 (should support usb3.1, some errors indicate usbxchi error)

No further blue screens. On a side note, the 1100T is also running stable and happy in a Crosshair IV with no stability issues and C&Q enabled. http://swapshaker.com/windows-10/random-frequent-freezing.html Because that means it's not a hardware issue, it's windows.

So i turned pc off for 3 hours started it up again, got BSOD when in Windows for about a minute saying memory_management. I reinstalled windows, but still it continued crashing. navigate here Youcan try swapping your memory around and see if it happens more or less often, if so then bad memory is likely.

I have one other partition, HP-RECOVERY. interesting The two minidumps were taken after the uninstall of cachemanxp.exe, and I ran services.msc I could not find it listed there. W7 uses ram more aggressively for caching, it may be making more use of the ram than you normally did with XP.
